After spending the first part of his career in the construction and building industry Ben saw first-hand the effects that repetitive strain and poor posture puts on the human body. Ben has always had a fascination with learning about the human body and a desire to help people living in pain, so he embarked on a career change to complete a diploma in remedial massage at Australian School of Remedial therapies.

Whilst completing his diploma, an interest was sparked in Myotherapy, due to the positive effects it has on tight muscles.  Ben is currently completing additional study in myotherapy at the Australian School of Remedial therapies and will also be qualified to include dry needling in his treatments where suitable.

Ben’s main treatments offered are myofascial release, sports/deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.

In Ben’s free time he enjoys spending time outdoors, as well as surfing, training in martial arts and spending time with my wife, baby and two dogs.
