Kellie completed her undergraduate degree at Curtin University and then went on to complete a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy at Sydney University, which has allowed her to obtain the title of APA Sports Physiotherapist.
Kellie is an experienced manual therapist who has worked in private practice for over 20 years and has been working at Optimum Health and Performance since its inception in 2014. During her time in private practice, she has worked alongside other health professionals including Sports Doctors, Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Massage Therapists and Podiatrists, helping people of all ages and abilities to overcome injuries, remain active and achieve the best outcome.
Kellie has experience working with athletes from a variety of sports including netball, swimming, soccer and running.
In conjunction with physiotherapy, Kellie has an interest in nutrition and the influence it has on the musculoskeletal system and the body as a whole, particularly with regards to healing and recovery and promoting optimal health, wellbeing and performance.
